Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include assisting clients in residential and commercial property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, and conducting market research. The candidate will also be required to understand client needs and guide them in making informed real estate decisions.
Qualifications
- Possess relevant credentials, including a Real Estate License and knowledge of real property management processes
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Sales, with a passion for helping customers achieve their property goals
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and deliver a seamless buyer experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and thrive in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
