Role Overview
This is not a routine field-sales role. We are seeking a performance-driven Sales Executive who understands consultative selling, pipeline management, and premium client engagement. The role demands consistency, ownership, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-intent leads through structured outreach and channel partnerships
- Conduct compelling project presentations and site visits
- Manage follow-ups with precision and maintain a healthy conversion ratio
- Drive monthly and quarterly booking targets
- Build and nurture broker and channel partner networks
- Maintain CRM accuracy and structured reporting
- Stay informed about local market intelligence and competitor positioning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience in real estate or high-value product sales
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Professional communication and executive presence
- Ability to handle premium and investor clientele
- Market awareness of Mangalore real estate is an advantage
