Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive & Tele Caller located in Vadodara. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing real estate sales activities, building client relationships, conducting cold calls, and following up on leads. The role involves understanding client needs, showcasing properties, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records and coordinating with the team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property operations
- Strong Sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while achieving targeted sales goals
- Proficiency in tele-calling and lead generation is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Vadodara real estate market is a plus
