This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting site visits, presenting properties, and engaging in sales negotiations. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales techniques, client relationship management, and ability to meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or tools
• Proven ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Self-motivated and results-driven with time management skills
• Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Bengaluru South is highly desirable
