Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in Indore. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through the property buying and selling process, conducting property showings, and advising on market trends. Responsibilities also include negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the transaction process. The role demands active collaboration with other team members to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and a result-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Indore and possess a solid understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an advantage.
