This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end real estate sales processes, engaging with clients to identify their needs, presenting suitable property options, and facilitating property transactions. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, reaching sales targets, and ensuring positive customer service experiences.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proficiency in Sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Familiarity with real estate software tools and platforms is a plus
• Any additional certifications in real estate or sales will be advantageous
