Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their property needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing client relationships, conducting market research, managing property viewings, and facilitating smooth transactions. You will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research and knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market
  • Sales expertise in showcasing, promoting, and closing real estate deals
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
