Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daskroi for a Real Estate Sales Executive. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, building relationships with clients, presenting property options, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful property transactions. The role also involves market research to stay updated on market trends and offering professional advice to clients to meet their real estate needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in relationship building, client communication, and customer service
• Proficiency in negotiation, sales strategy, and closing deals
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze real estate trends
• Familiarity with property sales processes and related documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple clients and properties
• Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in local languages and English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
