Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Ludhiana. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, building client relationships, promoting real estate properties, negotiating sales agreements, and facilitating real property transactions. Exceptional customer service and maintaining client satisfaction will be key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License and knowledge of real property laws and regulations
  • Experience in Real Estate sales and proven ability to close deals successfully
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the Ludhiana real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage
