About the Role

Serenity Infra is looking for energetic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executives with a strong understanding of the Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and client-handling skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable residential and commercial real estate opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and investors.
• Negotiate effectively and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate projects, pricing, payment plans, inventory, and market developments.
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon/Gurugram property market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in handling customers over calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Ability to manage leads independently from initial inquiry to closure.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic understanding of CRM and digital leads will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in luxury residential, new launches, investment properties, or commercial real estate will be preferred.
