Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Gurgaon is for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The role involves assisting clients in identifying valuable real estate opportunities, managing property listings, and offering guidance through the buying, selling, or leasing processes. The Sales Executive will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct property visits, and negotiate deals to closure. Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends will also be a critical part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Holds a valid Real Estate License and has in-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong experience in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and property consulting
  • Excellent Customer Service and Sales capabilities with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle client queries effectively and build long-term professional relationships
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with proficiency in local real estate regulations
  • Proactive and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
