We are looking for: Real Estate Sales Executives will be the face of our Projects. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy Lead-to-Sales prospect flow, converting qualified leads and nurturing leads that are not yet sales-ready.
What you will do
- Key deliverables:
Identifying potential prospects
Converting leads through advice and negotiations
Visiting project site to present company offerings to potential/ existing clients
Building brand-awareness
Developing, fostering and sustaining relationships with clients
Expanding the client database through referral generation from existing clients
Who you are
- Skills & Experience Required:
Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ MBA from any stream
15 years of experience in sales within wealth management/hospitality/co working/luxury, or managed office sectors.
Linguistic knowledge: Bi-lingual/ multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage.
Ownership: Understands the importance of their contribution and takes responsibility for results delivered.
Interpersonal skills: Strong at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive & accountable: Takes initiative and works effectively with minimal supervision.
Solution-focused: Enjoys being part of the solution, not the problem.
Commitment: Values time, highly organized, able to prioritize and deliver within deadlines.
Collaboration: A natural team player, enthusiastic and quick learner
Adept at using workplace productivity tools like Office365 or Google Workspace
