Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda Hyderabad 500089 for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite Channel Partner Firm.
The role involves promoting and selling residential properties to potential buyers through established relationships with developers. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property site visits across Hyderabad( Neopolis, Kokapet, Rajendranagar, Tallapur, Kollur, Miyapur, Moti Nagar etc.), negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), and negotiation skills
- Converting cold call to site visits.
- Showcasing properties with Site Visits (Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad like Rajendra nagar, Miyapur, Tellapur, Neopolis etc.)
- Regular follow-ups with Clients.
- Managing negotiations.
- Closing sales.
- Achieving Monthly Targets.
- After Sales support.
- Should own a 2/4 wheeler.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation, client management, and property site visits
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Hyderabad and trends in residential and commercial properties
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivation, time-management, and teamwork capabilities
- Familiarity with relevant legal and market regulations in real estate is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
