Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will manage client relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and provide customer-centric support tailored to each client's unique needs. The role involves staying updated on market trends and collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License.
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with an understanding of market trends and property values.
- Experience in Sales and ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in property leasing or sales will be an advantage.
