Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive & Tele Caller role based in Vadodara. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and providing clear information about real estate projects and available properties. The Real Estate Sales Executive & Tele Caller will schedule and coordinate site visits, conduct property presentations, and actively follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel. The position includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet or exceed sales targets. The role also requires building long-term client relationships through professional communication, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications

  • Real Estate expertise: Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market trends and property types.
  • Licensing: Valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe (as required by local regulations).
  • Sales capabilities: Proven Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Customer focus: Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain professional communication.
  • Additional qualifications: Strong verbal communication in relevant local languages and English, comfortable with high call volumes, basic computer and CRM proficiency, and ability to work on-site in Vadodara. Prior experience in telecalling or inside sales is an advantage.
