Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential property buyers.
- Visit clients and project locations on a regular basis.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for negotiations and closures.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interested in sales and real estate.
- Must have a bike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales are welcome.
- Sales/real estate experience will be an added advantage.
