We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and facilitating property sales. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build relationships with clients to facilitate property sales.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information about the properties.
  • Prepare and present property proposals and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers and property inspectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
