Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective home buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable residential or investment properties. Responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans, and guiding clients through booking, documentation, and closure. The role involves managing leads from various channels, maintaining an updated client pipeline, and following up consistently to convert inquiries into successful sales. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams and developer partners, stay informed about market trends and new projects, and uphold PropNinja's standards for transparent, ethical, and client-centric service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Real Estate Sales experience with a proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
  • Solid background in Real Estate market understanding, including property types, localities, and current trends in Bengaluru.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on listening, relationship-building, and providing clear, transparent guidance.
  • Core Sales capabilities, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Experience in Training or coaching peers on sales processes, product knowledge, or customer interaction best practices is an advantage.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working on-site, conducting field visits, and managing a flexible schedule, including weekends when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in residential real estate can substitute formal education.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to a non-discriminatory, inclusive client experience.
