Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for new client acquisition, relationship
management, and driving sales growth for premium residential construction projects. The
ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and skilled at positioning luxury +
technology in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to convert leads into contracts.
Pitch MyScaai Bharat's fixed cost, fixed timeline, premium quality, and smart
automation value proposition.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for independent villas and premium residential
projects.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term trust with clients by understanding their dream home requirements.
Manage client engagement from enquiry contract project execution
handover.
Upsell premium offerings such as luxury finishes, interiors, and smart automation.
Team & Process Management
Mentor and support junior sales executives.
Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and client outreach.
Coordinate with design and execution teams for seamless project onboarding.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, local construction trends, and pricing.
Share insights with leadership to refine pricing, offers, and market strategy.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven sales experience in construction, real estate, or luxury housing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to simplify and explain technical construction details to clients.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
Entrepreneurial spirit with ambition to scale with a fast-growing brand.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven sales experience in construction/real estate.
Experience with HNI clients or luxury residential projects is an added advantage.
