Real Estate Sales Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property options, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, providing property recommendations, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities, coordinating with internal teams on documentation and property readiness, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the client journey. The consultant will also participate in training sessions, stay updated on market trends and project details, and support promotional activities or events as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Knowledge of Real Estate markets and products, preferably within residential and commercial segments.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and market trends.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with clear spoken and written English; local language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple leads, and maintain organized documentation and follow-ups.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
