Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. Primary responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their real estate needs, and assisting them in finding suitable property options. The consultant will also be responsible for managing client relationships, providing property-related advice, conducting site visits, delivering sales pitches, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. In addition, the consultant will collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate Sales, Sales, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry
- Proven experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of property markets and skills in providing reliable real estate guidance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency in conducting presentations, sales training, and supporting team growth
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
