Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Hyderabad. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving property sales, engaging with clients, providing top-notch customer service, and offering expert advice on real estate transactions. This role involves daily interactions with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying or selling process. Additionally, the Consultant will be responsible for coordinating and executing sales strategies and participating in training sessions to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and general Real Estate knowledge
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Effective Sales skills
- Experience in Training within a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
