- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers
- Continuously expand Theia's broker ecosystem
- Owner Coordination & Lead Management
- Connect with property owners looking to sell
- Understand property details and onboard them into the system
- Manage ongoing communication and nurture relationships
- Deal & Property Documentation
- Design and create professional presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Draft and manage property-related documents and deal material
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, structured, and client-ready
- Inventory Management
- Take ownership of Theia's property inventory database
- Track listings, land details, pricing, and availability status
- Regularly update CRM systems, spreadsheets, or internal tools
- Operational Support
- Assist in streamlining internal workflows
- Coordinate between brokers, owners, and internal teams
- Ensure smooth execution of deals and partnerships

- Proven experience in real estate sales or operations
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to build and maintain long-term broker relationships
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused mindset
