Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Kolkata. The role involves managing property sales for residential and commercial properties, building and maintaining client relationships, providing customer service, offering property consultations, and negotiating deals. The Sales Associate will represent the company professionally, provide market insights to clients, and ensure that all transactions meet legal and company standards.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of property trends
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
- Familiarity with the real estate market in West Bengal or Kolkata is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
