About UMBRUMBR is a new-age real estate platform that helps property owners maximise returns and tenants move stress-free. We operate deeply inside residential societies and combine on-ground activation with tech-enabled property management.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly energetic Real Estate Sales Associate to handle inbound and on-ground leads, conduct property visits, and close deals within residential communities. This role is target-driven and requires a strong sense of ownership for someone familiar with local real estate dynamics who enjoys engaging with landlords, RWAs, and tenants.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management- Handle inbound tenant & owner inquiries
- Conduct qualification calls and schedule site visits
- Maintain CRM hygiene and follow up rigorously
On-Ground Sales- Visit residential societies regularly
- Coordinate with RWAs and society management teams
- Conduct property showings and negotiate terms
Deal Closure- Drive rental closures end-to-end
- Support documentation and agreement coordination
- Ensure a smooth handover between the owner and the tenant
Owner Engagement- Onboard new property owners
- Explain UMBR's Zero Brokerage value proposition
- Build long-term relationships for repeat inventory
Requirements- 14 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong local knowledge of Gurgaon residential markets
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork (society visits are mandatory)
- Self-driven & target-oriented
Good To Have- Existing broker/society network
- Experience with rental transactions
- CRM familiarity
