Real Estate Sales Associate

Hiring: Sales Associate | Nerul, Navi Mumbai

Please Note: This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Applications from candidates without real estate sales experience will not be considered.

The Choosy Investor is looking for experienced real estate sales professionals to join our growing Business Development team in Bangalore.

What You'll Do

1. Engage with prospective investors and understand their requirements
2. Recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities
3. Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits
4. Build strong client relationships and drive closures
5. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records
6. Work closely with developers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
3. Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
4. Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
5. Bachelor's degree preferred

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week (Tuesday off)
