Hiring: Sales Associate | Bangalore

The Choosy Investor is looking for experienced real estate sales professionals to join our growing Business Development team in Bangalore.

If you have a proven track record in real estate sales, enjoy building client relationships, and are driven by performance and growth, we'd like to connect with you.

What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective investors and understand their requirements

• Recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities

• Conduct client meetings and coordinate site visits

• Build strong client relationships and drive closures

• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM records

• Work closely with developers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

• Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

• Bachelor's degree preferred

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days a Week (Tuesday off)
