Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Associate will engage with prospective buyers and tenants, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options from Square Yards extensive portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, coordinating with developers and agents, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through the end-to-end transaction process. The role involves responding promptly to inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering a high standard of customer service across all interactions. The associate will also be expected to stay informed about local market trends, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and support ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in real estate concepts, with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, and the ability to explain options clearly to clients.
- Valid Real Estate License (where applicable) or willingness and eligibility to obtain one within specified timelines.
- Proven sales abilities, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset, including responsiveness, active listening, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with online property platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales or real estate.
