Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The individual will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing real estate transactions. The role will also involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property concepts
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- High-level Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
- Minimum 1yr of experience in real estate is mandatory.
