Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Associate role located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will manage day-to-day tasks including coordinating and negotiating leases, supporting real estate transactions, assisting with real estate acquisition or sales agreements, and collaborating on real estate development projects in Karjat, Khopoli and Mumbai. The role involves liaising with clients, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing processes and expertise in Leases
• Solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Estate markets
• Proficiency in handling Real Estate Transactions, including sales or acquisitions
• Knowledge of and involvement in Real Estate Development projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a real estate or property management role is beneficial
