About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and investing in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a proactive approach to generating and converting sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries related to residential and commercial properties
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Arrange and conduct property site visits with potential buyers
Explain project details including pricing, payment plans, and amenities
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to support the sales process
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Maintain records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Qualifications & Skills:
13 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust with clients
Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-driven
