Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
Assess clients needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
Handle negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.
Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate the value of properties.
Display and market real properties to potential buyers.
Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
Manage property auctions or exchanges as needed.
Maintain and regularly update property listings.
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Develop a strong network and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Promote property sales through advertising, open houses, and online listing services.
Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and best practices.
