Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our Dubai team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients, and closing property sales and leasing deals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and follow up on leads for property sales.
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with admin and conveyancing teams for deal closures.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:- Minimum 13 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with strong closing abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai property market and communities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
