Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate located in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include managing property sales, building relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process. The role requires identifying client needs, presenting suitable real estate options, and ensuring a smooth transaction experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles and practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, with an ability to achieve targets and manage transactions effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in market research and knowledge of local real estate trends will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle responsibilities independently.
