Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sale Representative, based in Vadodara. The responsibilities for this position include promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties, assisting clients with property transactions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be expected to stay informed about local real estate market trends and provide exceptional customer service to meet client needs effectively. Collaboration with other team members and stakeholders will be a vital part of this role to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and familiarity with related laws and regulations
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to build rapport and deliver client satisfaction
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to adapt to dynamic market trends and work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of Vadodara's local real estate market is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
