Real Estate Representative

This is an on-site internship role for a Real Estate Representative based in the Pune Division. The Real Estate Representative will engage with clients, manage property listings, assist with property showings, and provide professional guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team in achieving their objectives.

• Possession of a Real Estate License and basic knowledge of Real Estate processes
• Experience or aptitude in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market trends is a plus
