Role Description
This is a full-time, part time role for a Real Estate Representative located in Dehradun. The Real Estate Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate practices and Real Property management
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research and understanding property trends
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and documentation processes
- Ability to work on-site in Dehradun with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
