Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our sales and teleperformance team. The role involves handling inquiries, reaching out to potential buyers, and assisting them in choosing the perfect property.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers regarding property inquiries.

Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about Sukoon Property's projects.

Generate leads and schedule property site visits.

Follow up with clients and maintain a strong client database.

Support the sales team in achieving targets.

Provide timely feedback and updates to the management.

Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused and persuasive personality.

Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

Number of calls made per day.

Leads generated and converted into sales.

Client satisfaction and follow-ups.

Contribution to monthly sales targets.
