Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Representative, based in Chennai. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, building lasting relationships with clients, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate operations and understanding of Real Property laws
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Familiarity with the Chennai real estate market is an advantage
• Prior experience in real estate services is preferred
