Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to assist in managing day-to-day real estate project activities. The candidate will support project tracking, expense monitoring, site coordination, documentation, and internal team communication across multiple ongoing construction and apartment development projects.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, be comfortable interacting with clients and vendors, and should be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project-related activities whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track daily progress of real estate and construction projects.
  • Maintain project-wise expense records and payment tracking.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Attend client meetings, project discussions, and site visits as required.
  • Be ready to travel for project-related work, meetings, and coordination activities.
  • Prepare and update daily activity reports (DAR), project status reports, and expense summaries.
  • Follow up on approvals, documentation, and pending tasks.
  • Maintain project-related files, quotations, bills, invoices, agreements, and records.
  • Support management in monitoring timelines, milestones, and project completion schedules.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for project expenses, vendor payments, and billing updates.
  • Assist in material tracking and purchase coordination.
  • Monitor attendance and work updates from site staff and team members.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and track action items.
  • Update management dashboards and Excel reports regularly.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, landowners, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities.
  • Professional attitude and client-handling skills.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and project activities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to maintain reports and documentation accurately.
  • Basic understanding of construction or real estate workflows preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and deadline management capability.
  • Experience using project management or task-tracking tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification
  • Any Degree / Diploma
  • Background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commerce, Administration, or Project Coordination preferred.
Additional Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of real estate project workflows.
  • Basic accounting or expense tracking knowledge.
  • Experience coordinating with site teams and vendors.
  • Familiarity with Tally, ERP, CRM, or project tracking software is a plus.
