This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager. As part of our team, you will manage and analyze real estate portfolios, providing strategic guidance to clients and managing leases, financial assessments, and asset performances. Key responsibilities include developing actionable portfolio strategies, supervising portfolio operations, and supporting key client decision-making processes to maximize portfolio value and returns.

• Strong skills in Portfolio Management, Asset Management, and strategic property analysis
• Expertise in Finance and Leases with a solid understanding of financial modeling and leasing contracts
• Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, perform market analysis, and derive insights
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with proven ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency with property management software and tools is preferred
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in real estate advisory or asset management is a plus
