About The Role
We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to streamline our day-to-day real estate activities. You will be the vital link between our internal team and our external broker network, ensuring smooth onboarding, flawless deal documentation, and an accurate, up-to-date property inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Broker Relations & Onboarding: Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate brokers. Manage communications, answer inquiries, and guide new brokers through a seamless onboarding process into the Theia Estate network.
- Deal & Property Documentation: Design, draft, and finalize high-quality presentations, proposals, and required documents for properties and active deals.
- Inventory Management: Take full ownership of the Theia Estate property inventory. Meticulously track, maintain, and update available listings, land details, and property statuses regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Operational Support: Streamline internal workflows and assist with administrative tasks to ensure property transactions and broker partnerships move forward without friction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, administrative support, or the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi to effectively engage and build long-term relationships with brokers.
- Strong proficiency in creating professional presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and drafting business documents.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining complex inventory databases, CRM tools, or spreadsheets.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
