We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Marketing & Partnership Executive who has prior hands-on experience in real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships with real estate companies, promoting our services, and expanding business opportunities through direct field engagement and relationship management.
This role requires someone who understands the real estate market, has strong networking skills, and can confidently meet developers, builders, and plot promoters to generate collaborations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Must have 2+ prior experience in real estate marketing (mandatory)
- Meet real estate developers, builders, plot promoters, and real estate companies directly
- Introduce and explain our real estate services and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with real estate companies
- Identify potential real estate businesses and onboard them as partners
- Promote our services and generate new business collaborations
- Visit project sites, real estate offices, and developers for meetings
- Convert meetings into long-term partnerships and business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal team for client requirements and onboarding
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partnered companies
- Understand market trends and identify new real estate opportunities
- Achieve partnership and business growth targets
- Strong communication, convincing, and networking skills required
