Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhanbad for a Real Estate Marketing & Sales Specialist. The candidate will engage in marketing and selling property listings, identifying potential buyers, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The specialist will also contribute to marketing strategies and assist in achieving sales targets for the organization.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and understanding of real estate transactions
- Strong foundation in Sales and Real Estate practices
- Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Property regulations and assessment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
