Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive or a Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM

Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant

properties.

Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures

Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage

MS office

Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :

A graduate from any discipline is preferred

1 year of experience in sales in any industry (Real Estate preferred).

If there is Team Leading experience, looking in to get people from your end as well.

Applicant must be currently employed or serving notice period

Compensation, Perks and Benefits:

Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (INR 35K plus per month on

achieving bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)

Earn 10% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months

(Avg 1 deal/month)

CTC 3 to 10 Lakh Per Annum (Depending on your Current/ Last CTC) Fixed (Experienced candidates only)

5 Day work week

Earn ESOPs on every deal closed

Earn 40% Incentives upon overachieving base targets

Upon achieving 6+ deals, you will be eligible for managing teams

International opportunities based on performance and tenure

Desired Candidate Profile : 2 Wheeler is required as the work requires client meets.
