Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Property Consultants to exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
- End-to-End Client Management: Lead high-value client meetings, conduct impactful site visits, and manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final handover.
- Negotiation & Closing: Provide expert support to the team during complex negotiations to ensure high conversion rates and deal integrity.
- Business Development: Identify and build relationships with Channel Partners and institutional clients to drive lead generation.
