Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Faridabad. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management, handle lease administration, and manage leasing transactions. The role involves managing real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with stakeholders, and exploring opportunities in commercial real estate to maximize asset value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Strong knowledge of Leases and their associated processes
• Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform market research and analyze real estate trends
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Real Estate Manager or in a similar role is an advantage
