Role Overview

We are looking for candidates to join our Channel Partner team in Thane. Candidates from any Real Estate Sales/Sourcing background are welcome, and freshers with good communication and networking skills can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Channel Partners/Brokers.
• Build and maintain strong CP relationships.
• Generate leads, site visits and business through the CP network.
• Expand and activate the CP network across Thane.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead follow-ups and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in Real Estate Sales/Sourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations preferred.
• Comfortable working from the Thane location.
