Job Description – Sourcing Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Thane & Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets.
- Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market.
- Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in Real estate sales.
- Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations.
- Strong network with channel partners and brokers.
