WHO YOU ARE
You are an experienced real estate and facility management professional with strong expertise in managing property operations, maintenance, and real estate performance. You bring strategic insight and operational leadership to ensure properties are safe, compliant, sustainable, and cost-efficient while supporting business growth. You collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, drive innovation in property management practices, and contribute to long-term real estate strategies aligned with business objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to teams responsible for real estate operations, property maintenance, and facility management activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational frameworks.

Define and implement standards, guidelines, tools, and best practices for property and facility management to ensure safe, compliant, sustainable, and efficient operations.

Drive the adoption of innovative construction techniques, digital tools, and technical solutions to optimize property performance and operational efficiency.

Contribute to business planning, goal setting, and budgeting processes while supporting cost control through lean and efficient ways of working.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational performance, support business expansion, and ensure the effective management of real estate assets.

Facilitate knowledge sharing, industry benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance property management solutions and organizational performance.

Promote a culture aligned with organizational values, encouraging collaboration, diversity, sustainability, and innovation in real estate operations.
